Looking specifically at the Greek island of “Ikaria” where nearly all the citizens live well into their nineties. Marking these clusters with blue ink thus tagging these clusters as “Blue Zones”. The researchers believe the slow lifestyle, strong Greek coffee and midday naps could explain the longevity.
