Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing congenital birth defects. Contending that virtually all birth defects could be ended if all child bearing age women take the 90 essential nutrients. Stating these birth defects are not genetic but rather due to nutritional deficiencies during conception and gestation.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding research on ADHD. In recent years there has been an increase in the numbers of children and teens diagnosed with ADHD. The researchers conclude this increase is because a better understanding of the behavior. There has been an increase in all groups but especially with females and minority groups. Doc asserts the increase is due to a lack of nutritional supplementation and eating the wrong foods.

Callers
Bob has two questions the first regarding a friend diagnosed with syringomyelia. Second he asks Doc how to flush toxins out of his body.
